That's just a work in progress screen shot from here. Ours hasn't been released and is nowhere near being released.
There is one coming from Just Trains:
They released an AI version to go with one of their routes. I don't think it even has see through windows.
They are working on a full version:

As for progress on the C-Stock , it is at an alpha stage, we have the train made, including Darren's stand out 3D cab however all the lua scripting and physics plus some animations have yet to be done. This involves a fair amount of work and testing between Darren and Jimi and probably they feel no urgency because it has nowhere to run yet. That is my fault... mea culpa. I am working on extending the track to Wimbledon first. I am beyond East Putney now and there is a lot of terrain manipulation needed beyond there which has slowed my progress. I shall continue laying track to Wim though and worry about the terrain afterwards. I have also started to learn about scenario creation which is going to be very useful indeed and I'm finding it fascinating. Keep your eyes peeled for some development screenshots and more......

(Sorry haven't been here in a long time so if I accidentally signed up again, please delete the second attempt).
But back to what I was going to say. If one depends on the other being completed and vice versa, would it be beneficial to take on one or more people to the route building side? Or would you prefer it was kept within the current circle of the team?
I mean I've built a couple of things that people seem to enjoy and would love to help if I could, but I do respect it, if it's not your wish for anything unfinished to go beyond yourself.

Hi Xavier, welcome to the Virtual District. I have approved your registration so no worries about the two attempts. I am a great fan of your work and obviously you would be a great asset to the team. We work in a strange fashion on here, though. One particular rule we all adhere to is that as far as trackwork, lofts and signalling are concerned only one person can work on the route at a time. I completed the trackwork to Wimbledon, some time ago, and added platforms, markers, etc.
What should be happening now is that Jimi Ibett ( who built the original MSTS District Line ) is in possession of the route and will test my trackwork ( sidings, junctions, platforms and pronounce it fit for service and then add the appropriate signalling ( although we lack a prototypical LUL type signalling system as you have probably noticed ). Jimi last said he was going to start work about six weeks ago and usually works quite quickly, but in this case he seems to have stalled a bit. I would love to be able to carry on with the scenery , but until the 4th rail, and signalling is put in I'm without any useful work bar learning how to create scenarios. I want to release a few but I have no beta testers on board yet. If you would like to see the new trackwork additions or try one of my announcement scenarios let me know and I can send you a dropbox link to the new route version. If you were capable of adding 4th rail and signalling to what I've done we might be able to progress more quickly since Jimi seems to have other interests taking priority, which is his perogative after all, but leaves me grounded.
We also have a C-Stock but it is only a half working train, the cab is done but the animations and brakes are not working as they should. I'm not able to do anything about that either. I hate to nag the team, but interest in this seems to have gone off the boil. Have a think about it, and let me know your feelings about working on something which is obviously an interest of yours. Your Moorgate extension and ELL shows you have an ability for sub surface railways with lots of LUL atmosphere oozing from every pore. I'd love to have you aboard. Best Regards Eddie.

Whether it will include tunnel signals though will remain to be seen. I'm hoping it will but the pessimist within says it will probably not include every type, only those needed for this surface railway. The section to Edgware Road or east from Gloucester Road will need all the usual types of tunnel signal and repeaters. Fingers crossed.
