It can't have escaped your notice but in the last few days anyone who was online in Steam with TS 2020 will have noticed that the route London to Brighton has lost all of its UKPro LED 01 pack assets. No signals, tripcock gadgets, AWS ramps etc.
That has also affected the VDL route as we draw our assets from that route as a requirement. Other routes that also use those assets are currently broken too.
This is definitely not a VDL issue. It is entirely DTG's fault that this has happened and until they fix their goof up we are all borked.
Our new forthcoming scenario pack will now be delayed because we can't test it, and also the new 2.1a update itself will be delayed until this issue is fixed. If you are currently offline in Steam, our advice is to stay offline.

Well, early this morning DTG posted some good news on their forum. Reproduced here :
UPDATE: Tuesday, 26th May, 8:20 am (BST): We have traced the source of the problem with the above two products and are in the process of issuing an update to correct. We expect an update to roll out as soon as humanly possible and will update this thread with the details once we have some further news.
UPDATE: Tuesday, 26th May, 11:50 am (BST): We have a fix going through some testing now and, pending the result of that testing, we're hopeful to have an update out today/tomorrow. We will of course keep you updated as we have further news.

I can confirm the VDL is back up and running a good service again. Well done DTG, they obviously worked hard on this over a Bank Holiday weekend.

Eddie, Can the team make a Phase 3 ideas and request post to allow the consumers to see their ideas come to life over the next couple of Phases? I hope you and the team are safe during this time

Yes, thanks, we are all OK at this time. This is actually a good idea. It will be interesting to see what features the membership would like to see, although there is no guarantee we would able to satisfy everyone.
