Please post any issues or bug reports here so the team can address them.
Please also be as descriptive and detailed as you can. Saying "It's broken" does not give us anything to go on, whereas something like "AI collision at <scenario time> between Service 5 and Service 3 at <location>" , or "I did xxx and the result was xxx" give us a good start.
We are not aware of any outstanding issues at this time - the 2 items spotted during the first-look streams are fixed. However if you feel you have encountered an issue or bug please post here. If it's more of a question or clarification required, please post in the Q&A thread. Thanks!

First run to Aldgate excellent overall. I have kamikaze passengers walking in mid air across the path of my train at Tower Hill.

We did not see that during team test, but did see it during Tom's stream last evening. There is no platform in that area and the usual separation for double tracks is in place between the bay and EB tracks and their platforms, so we are left with calling it a TS feature. We will however take a look and see if there is anything we can do to fix it. Thanks!

First of all what a brilliant route this is - knocks the socks off just about every other route on Trainsim. So many thanks to you all for your hard work.
I had a slight issue in that when driving the 38 Stock I couldn't quite see the blue "Doors Closed" light; I modified my seat height by changing the Y parameter in the Cab camera.bin file from 2.27 to 2.39.
This hasn't adversely affected my view of the track, but does now mean that I can check that the doors are closed before setting off.
Thanks again for such a wonderful route,
Tim

The 38 Stock isn't actually one of our trains. It comes with the London Underground Heritage Pack and is a Backdated Trainsim repaint and enhanced sound pack. It first saw the light of day on the IOW Route as a Class 485. Thanks for pointing out your issue and your cure. It will no doubt help other users to enjoy the stock a bit more.

I finally reunited all the requirements to play the route. I've had two different problems when trying the very first scenario (Piccadilly Heritage 38TS). On my first attempt I could go as far as Ravenscourt Park on the way back, but I couldn't open my doors to pick passengers on that station no matter how much I tried. And on my second attempt, as I was about to leave Gloucester Road on the way back as well, I got this error:
I also have my doubts on the tracks of certain areas of the route, where they seem to lack sleepers. I repeat, I have everything that is listed on the requirements, both payware and freeware.

Try this simple tip first. Go into your RW Content folder and delete the file SDBCache.bin. TS will rebuild your scenario database, so loading may initially take a little longer. Try to run the scenario again and see if that fixes it. The missing sleepers are probably due to bridges where pier track was used. There are some like this just east of RPK before the down bank to HAM .
Also the failure to load pax at RPK Picc WB is a TS issue. Because of the narrow platform shape at the east end, we had to disable the Picc side loading to make the DR side work. If you are comfortable editing scenarios, change the pax load task there to be a stop-at and the scenario will continue after a 20 sec stop. Our error for not making that edit in the Phase III kit. This is an old scenario that sometimes gets forgotten.
We have run the scenario, with the RPK edit, and can find no issues. It runs as designed. Would you please verify that your version of the JT Met Route is up to date (v1.03)? reason for asking is there were signal code changes in that version, and when running a prior version we saw some odd AI collisions.
Thanks!

I bought the Met + S7 pack on JustTrains yesterday so I assume I have the latest version. I am a bit familiar with the TS editor, I tried to make scenarios a few years ago so I know how to do the basics. Will see if I can change that specific order from a passenger stop to a mere stop.

OK, reasonable assumption it's the latest in a recent purchase, as v1.03 was earlier this year. We are aware of issues pre-v1.03 so it's something we always check. If you'd like step-by-step instructions for the scenario edit, or any level of assist, please yell. PLease also make sure to do the scenario cache DB remove as noted in the first para.

I deleted the cache and edited the scenario. Could finish it with no problem.

Now I loaded a scenario with an S-Stock and the train is invisible on the external shots. I can see the cabview and the passenger view, and only the couplers on the outside.

Which variant of S Stock? If District, Circle or H&C, did you grab the relevant free add-on from ATS? Did you install it and copy the required files as detailed in the install instructions? If not, there will be no train body as you are experiencing. There will be a cab and pass view as those are core files to the JT S7+1. See Route Guide page 5, about 3/4 way down (or the Phase II hints/tips thread on this board) for download details. Be sure to read the install instructions, as some minor manual file copying is required.
You manually copying the required GeoPcDx files is required, as the add-on author can not legally distribute the JT core files.
From the README.TXT (District version):
Hello and welcome to this patch for the Just Trains S7+1 This patch changes the destination displays to that of a District Line S7, also included is a preload of a 7 car S7 for you to drive as well as an Al version for use in scenarios.
To get this patch to work firstly you need to copy the Assets folder into your Railworks folder
For the Player Train you MUST then copy ALL the GeoPcDx files from RailWorks\Assets\JustTrains\S7+1Stock\RailVehicles\Electric\S7+1\Default\Engine and paste them into RailWorks\Assets\JustTrains\S7+1Stock\RailVehicles\Electric\S7D\Default\Engine
For the AI train you MUST copy ALL the GeoPcDx files from RailWorks\Assets\JustTrains\S7+1StockAI\RailVehicles\Electric\AI_S7+1\Default\Engine and paste them into RailWorks\Assets\JustTrains\S7+1StockAI\RailVehicles\Electric\AI_S7D\Default\Engine

Yeah, it seems like I totally glossed over some instructions. I did install the textures from ATS but did not copy the model files.

I have enjoyed a lot driving this new phase of the route. I have played both the 2nd and the 3rd version. However, after the installation of the third phase I observed like some intermittent graphic glitches around Ealing Common Station and the depot. I am not sure whether it is due to the general graphical settings or it is just some problem with the textures around that area. I have attached a screenshot to exemplify this issue. Please note that this bug has appeared after the installation of the third phase: the route ran perfectly in the second phase. Thanks for your help in advance and for developing the route! It is marvelous! Lewis

Usually an effect like that is down to a corrupt asset.
What I suggest you do is check that the content from the requirements list is all up to date, especially JT Met and other payware DLC. Better still, reinstall / verify them.
There shouldn't be any corrupt assets in the VDL installer itself, otherwise this problem would have been spotted by someone else much earlier.

Thank you very much. It worked in the end by reinstalling all the required DLCs, hence one of the payware bundles was not up to date. Probably, either the Isle of Wight or the Great Western Main Line, since the JT Met was reinstalled previously and the corrupt files were still there.

Thanks for reporting this issue back. It's not always obvious which DLC is to blame, but it's best to try and keep up to date as often as you can.
